Set it down and start mining. You should be able to deposit ore into the Harvest Basket. The basket can get full after a while. Empty it out by facing a bin and pressing Square. You must stand in front of the two trees on the left side of the lake to make this happen. Possessing the Mystic Berry slows your accumulation of Fatigue by 50 percent.
